This is the worst Hanting I've ever stayed at. I checked in at around 10pm, and there was only one front desk, who was too busy to handle everything. I had to wait with my luggage. They didn't tell me before check-in that there was no cold water. I took my clothes downstairs at around 11pm, but they said they couldn't wash clothes. There was no water, so I had to go back and wash them by hand. The hot water burned my hands red. I was woken up by the honking of cars on the road at around 7am. At 8am, an excavator started working downstairs. I couldn't sleep at all. The environment was terrible. I couldn't sleep well and had no mood to go out.

I have no complaints about the location or the room types. The only thing I need to complain about is the hotel's professional conduct. I booked the hotel on April 18th and paid in full. However, when I checked in at 5:40 PM on April 19th, I was told I needed to wait because there were no rooms available. The staff explained everything, but I want to say that a hotel chain shouldn't make such a mistake. No excuse is justified! Shandong Tourism Group wouldn't want such an incident to affect a tourist's mood or hinder the development of a city.
