這是有史以來住過最差最差的漢庭 晚上十點多入住 衹有一個前台 忙不過來衹能拿着大包小包的行李等着 入住前不提前告知沒有冷水 十一點多拿衣服下去説不能洗衣服 沒有水 衹能回去直接手洗 熱水燙的手都發紅 早上七點多就被馬路上的車聲鳴笛聲吵醒了 八點樓下挖掘機開始施工 根本沒有辦法入睡 環境差死了睡不好根本沒心情出去玩

對該位置和酒店的房型沒有任何意見，擔我需要吐槽的事，是該酒店的職業操守。我於4月18日預訂該酒店，並且全額付款金額，結果當我4月19日晚上17點40辦理入住時，卻被告知我需要等，因為暫時沒有房間。服務員也解釋了很多，但我想説的，作為一個連鎖酒店不應該出行這種錯誤，任何的理由不是我們應該原諒的藉口！山東文旅也不會希望這樣的事件，影響一個旅遊者的心情，阻礙一個城市的發展！

環境：房間非常大，離萬達步行可到，唯一缺點可能就是房間裏有煙味，雖然酒店禁煙，但可能有人在衞生間抽煙，所以煙味有點大
