酒店位於泰山腳下，距離天外村停車場步行不到10分鐘，交通便利，停車方便。大廳簡潔大氣，有輕音樂，很好聽。酒店服務員服務態度都特別好，從辦理入住到客房、餐廳用餐服務員都非常熱情！房間採光好、明亮、舒適、出水快。客房阿姨打掃衞生動作麻利，還幫我們把衣服都疊整齊，非常好，強烈推薦！

很滿意的入住體驗，大廳很大，環境很好，前台小姐姐服務特別好，耐心的為我們介紹爬泰山的線路 幫我們訂門票！酒店就在泰山腳下，環境好，登山方便！客房寬敞舒適，打開門就能看到泰山，服務員熱情，主動打招呼，入住時送了歡迎水果，衞生間水壓大，洗澡很舒服！早餐東西很多，味道不錯，期待下次入住！

酒店位置非常好，能看出來以前是老酒店，原先的建設規模很大，重新裝修了以後更符合現代的風格，房間很大，設施設備也非常新，沒有味道。酒店的服務非常的到位，所有的工作人員都很熱情，我帶孩子來爬泰山，因為臨時決定，攜程沒訂到標間，衹能訂了大床，跟酒店電話溝通，當天前台確實沒有標間了，前台當班人員問明瞭情況後直接給免費做了升級家庭房，真的很感動，到了酒店很晚，前台非常迅速的辦理入職，並且告知景點停車非常不便且收費高，可以將車免費停在酒店，步行600米就可到達景區，真的很感動。

設施衞生服務都挺好，離天外村非常近，步行可到達。泰山大致分為3條線，紅門線是純步行路線，大約需要4-5小時，比較費力，有爬哭的可能；天外村先是檢票後先大巴到中天門，繼續索道到南天門，可以在山頂轉一大圈，回到南天門往下走到中天門，再坐大巴出景區，步行下行時候十八盤等台階陡峭，注意安全。 岱廟：出景區後，直接打車到岱廟，17點停止入園，17：30閉園。 酒店對面有家農家菜，味美價廉。
