Found the front desk in a nondescript cabin! The most important thing is later. After checking in, she said there are only two breakfasts per room. I said I know, there is no charge for two children, right? She said there was a fee, and I pointed to the two children in surprise and asked them, did they also charge a fee? She said yes, and I said they are both four years old? She said yes, 30 for adults and 20 for children. I smiled bitterly and told my friend that it was the first time that such a young child was charged for breakfast after staying in so many hotels. She actually got anxious with me and said, "Did I say I would accept it? I said it was a rule, but did I say I had to accept it? Why are you anxious?!" I said, are you anxious or am I? My jaw dropped! If it wasn't too late to check out, we would definitely have left! There are very few breakfast options and not worth the ten bucks. I’ll stay in chain hotels from now on! The price is about the same, but the service and quality are far behind!

The room is very new and large, the bed is very comfortable, the air conditioning is in place, and the service staff is friendly. The B&B at the foot of Mount Tai is within walking distance of the entrance to Tianwaitian. It is also very convenient to go to Taishan Night Market nearby.

The hotel was renovated on the original site of Feng Yuxiang Primary School. The two 2-meter-large beds are very clean and quiet, and are suitable for family travel. Smart door locks, smart light controls, and electric curtains make the hotel more intelligent.

I checked into the hotel at noon on August 7th. I was originally very satisfied with the environment and location. However, I went back to my room to check in at around 10pm and found that there was a lot of noise outside the window. I contacted the front desk and asked if it was the roar of the external air conditioner. It was already around 11:30. I really can't bear it and fall asleep. Is it possible to change the room by contacting the front desk again? The reply was that the room was fully booked, and they told me very bluntly that they could move to another hotel and refund my room fee. There was no apology or service attitude at all. I checked online and found that the hotel also had a sunroom with a king bed on the top floor. I booked it immediately and called Ctrip customer service to inform me of the details. Ctrip customer service asked me not to process or cancel any orders and wait for them to contact me. The hotel will negotiate. Five minutes later, Ctrip replied that the hotel would deduct half of my checked-in room fee before agreeing to move into the sunroom I had just booked. This is the first time I have encountered such a unreliable hotel! ! ! First, there is a problem with the hotel hardware, which seriously affects the sleep of the guests. Not only is there no sincerity in solving the problem, but the guests are also asked to pay more! ! ! The front desk asked me to find another hotel before. They had just said that there would be no charge for check-out, but they didn't keep their word. Secondly, the hotel said that the sunroom I just booked was reserved by their boss for a friend, and they forgot to turn off the system. This allowed me to book the hotel, and finally, after Ctrip customer service intervened, they reluctantly allowed me to check in. (The hotel was supposed to upgrade the service for free, but the result was that the damaged guests had to pack their luggage and move to the room in the middle of the night, and had to pay two more fees!!!) When Ctrip customer service called the hotel to confirm, they heard on the phone Regarding the noise in the hotel, the other party also admitted that the noise was caused by the air conditioner, but refused to apologize or compensate for the hotel's hardware problems! ! ! ) Such an unreasonable hotel is simply a disgrace to the people of Shandong, a land of etiquette! ! !

Very nice B&B. The room is big and the breakfast is good. You can also store your luggage temporarily.

The room is hygienic and clean. The hotel has a great view with the Taishan Mountains in the background. The breakfast is a bit poor. It is close to the Tianwai Village Visitor Center and is convenient for taking a car up the mountain. Overall, it is okay.
