Rezen Hotel Taian

The hotel environment is very good, the service is thoughtful and enthusiastic, it is very close to the scenic spot, the room is not big but clean and tidy, a good experience. There is a fruit platter when you check in, it is recommended to stay.

The room is average, and we stayed on the shady side, with basically no light. However, the hotel's landscape garden is large and unique. It is a pleasure to walk in the yard after dinner. The room hygiene is average, with a lot of dust under the bed. The children walked in socks, and their socks turned black after a while, so we need to pay attention to this. The dining is average, not special, but it's okay.

This is the second time I stayed at this hotel. I thought it was good the first time, but I came the second time. As a result, the hygiene was terrible. The sink was full of dirty debris and hair. There was toilet paper and a lot of dirt and hair in the ocean ball pool in the slide room I booked. I was speechless. I went to the front desk. The front desk service was good and changed our room in time. But to be honest, the first dirty room left a big shadow on us. The ocean balls in the second room were all filled with pokers left by others. I can imagine whether anyone cleans the ocean ball pool regularly. I couldn't even see things like pokers in it. In short, I probably won't come to this hotel again unless there are special circumstances.

The room was average, the bathroom design was not very reasonable, the three doors were a bit awkward when opened. But the breakfast in this hotel was good, the attitude of all the service staff was very good, and they drove us to the entrance of Taohuayu for free, and the driver was very enthusiastic!

The hotel is very good. I booked a parent-child room with a slide in the room. My children loved it very much. The location of the hotel is right next to the entrance of Mount Tai Scenic Area, which is very convenient. It is the best choice for travel and accommodation in Taishan.
