What a wonderful stay. Great service and amenities. Staff were so helpful to get to Tai mountain. The location was perfect as it was situated beside a big shopping centre that had a wide variety of shops and restaurants. I would definitely recommend this hotel when visiting Mount Tai.

I was pleased with hotel services. The staff are well trained and their attitude is 5 star. We stayed 3 nights Jan.12-15 2023, I want to commend hotel management for coaching the staff to be customer-oriented, friendly and polite. Me and my family have enjoyed our stay.

Clean hotel as expected from Hampton. Only a buffet breakfast was available no other meals and there was no restaurant in the near vicinity. The hotel has a shop as again there was no shops in the area. Would expect a level of English for the reception staff as Hampton but they knew Chinese only. Internet was by access code and not by Room number and surname and was not informed so not convenient once in the room. The robot delivery service was efficient as ordering food in was essential.

I have personal suggestions for improvement: 1. Toiletries are recommended to be replaced with disposable small packages. Large bottles of shampoo and body wash are not reassuring. 2.
