The Grand Hyatt Manila Staff were polite, very accomodating, and friendly. Extra commendation for the staff's excellent command of English. The room and facilities were top-notch, and the stay overall was very pleasant. I highly recommend staying at this hotel and would book again here.

The only aspect I appreciate about this hotel is its location; otherwise, I'm not a fan. The staff do not seem particularly friendly, and I was initially checked into a room type that I did not book. I’m unsure if this was intentional or not. When I inquired with the staff, they provided me with unreasonable explanations that I found unacceptable. The building is often very crowded, and the breakfast area is consistently filled with people, yet there aren't enough staff members to clean the tables or manage food preparation. Additionally, I noticed some staff members were simply chatting instead of attending to their duties.

They need a lot of improvement when it comes to cleanliness. The bathroom in our room has a broken broken rack which made it hard to put our toiletries and we also found cockroaches in our room!

Clean and friendly. The location is also great. The view outside the window is also very nice. I want to visit again next time. I had a good rest.

The waiters were very nice and nice. Helped to call a car, wash and iron, and allowed me to continue to take a nap at noon on the day I left the shop. I didn't check out until 2pm. The duplex structure and decoration are quite unique, but the geographical location is not the best. Overall, it is completely inconsistent with the price of 731 yuan per night. That day, because the company's hotel was full, I temporarily found such a place and thought it was more than 600 yuan. As a result, taxes and fees were included, which exceeded the reimbursement standard.

The hotel can add an extra bed. It is very convenient to travel and parking is very convenient. The hotel has food to go downstairs.

When I walk into the room, I immediately check if the room is well cleaned and maintain. However its too dusty on the floor there is no slippers to wear on, when u check the bathroom u’ll see the bathtub and check there is something dirty and greasy running down on one of its pump something. Then the edges of the tiles around the shower area u’ll see its not well maintained and the tissue was used. The overall appearance or the room is perfect the couches and even the air condition really makes the room feel cold. One of may favorite part is the Make up side where there is a vanity mirror, tv has good reception. Staffs are friendly and they do allow visitors but of course limits when they can only stay. Its an overall good experience but due to the poor cleanliness at the area I have to give an honest review. Also price is too cheap for 1 night stay for two which is really affordable and of course worth it.

The location is really good. It is in a commercial place and near to everything like convenient stores, fast food restaurants and small eateries . The room is really clean and the fragrant of the room is really relaxing. The shower room and the toilet are separate. The staff are really accommodating and are always smiling. The drinking water is refillable.

The hotel is in a great location, very close to our company in the Philippines, right next to the pedestrian street, suitable for friends who like shopping and business trips, surrounded by multinational company headquarters, the hotel's Chinese customer service responds very quickly

Upgrade to a one-bedroom and one-living room suite for free. The apartment room has a washing machine, and the clothes can be dried overnight. Equipped with simple kitchen utensils, you can cook simple meals. It's just that the air conditioner is too noisy, so you need to choose carefully for those who have high requirements for the sleeping environment.
