Whether you're traveling for business or leisure, the hotel's prime location makes it easy to explore the area and access key destinations. **Staff:** The staff at Grand Hyatt Manila are exceptionally friendly and accommodating. From check-in to dining and concierge services, the team is professional, warm, and always ready to assist with a smile. Their hospitality truly enhances the overall guest experience. **Check-Out Process:** One area that could be improved is the check-out process. During my stay, it took around 40 minutes to complete, which felt unnecessarily long. This delay was a bit frustrating, especially when trying to wrap up a trip efficiently. Streamlining this process would greatly improve the guest experience. **Overall:** Grand Hyatt Manila offers a luxurious stay with a fantastic location and outstanding service from the staff. However, the lengthy check-out process is a notable drawback. If this aspect is addressed, the hotel would be nearly perfect for both business and leisure travelers."

"Anywhere you go on the Philippines expect to get great service. This place was no exception. From the moment our Grab car parked, an attendant came and took our bags right away. They always have someone opening the door for you and greeting you. Check in is on the 5th floor and not on the bottom floor with which we are used to. The room was clean but you can tell it needs an update. Some floor tiles in the bathroom had chips and the toilet seat was wobbly. We ordered room service our last night so we could pack and the food was amazing for the price point. I would definitely stay here again because it is so close to shops and restaurants and again the service is wonderful!"

"They need a lot of improvement when it comes to cleanliness. The bathroom in our room has a broken broken rack which made it hard to put our toiletries and we also found cockroaches in our room!"

"actually, this is better than averaged. except for 2 things, one is too many tiny small cockroaches in the room, i at least killed 6 in 3 nights. another is they dont have washing machines. the rest is ok, even better than average. i definitely will come back, but hope the warns to be killed before that."

"The room is very spacious and nice. The only complaint I have is that the lobby reception is not dealing with this property, it seems like they have their own admin contactable through WhatsApp. So when a person showed up to take deposit from me, I was a little worried that I will never get it back. They are also quite slow to reply messages, you need to call them. But other than the administration part, everything else was great. It is also very close to the Venice Grand Canal Mall."

"When I walk into the room, I immediately check if the room is well cleaned and maintain. However its too dusty on the floor there is no slippers to wear on, when u check the bathroom u’ll see the bathtub and check there is something dirty and greasy running down on one of its pump something. Then the edges of the tiles around the shower area u’ll see its not well maintained and the tissue was used. The overall appearance or the room is perfect the couches and even the air condition really makes the room feel cold. One of may favorite part is the Make up side where there is a vanity mirror, tv has good reception. Staffs are friendly and they do allow visitors but of course limits when they can only stay. Its an overall good experience but due to the poor cleanliness at the area I have to give an honest review. Also price is too cheap for 1 night stay for two which is really affordable and of course worth it."

"The staff are always courteous and helpful. Easy check in and check out process. My friend and I always stay here when she doesn’t make it to the last schedule of the bus which is also conveniently near this hotel. Near fast food and convenience stores, and good access to public transport."
