Our stay overall was good! The location is convenient and easy to reach, though the lobby can get a bit crowded at times. The service was excellent — the staff were very accommodating and did their best to make our stay special. I had requested a birthday surprise, and while they tried their best, the birthday banners unfortunately didn’t stay up and ended up scattered on the floor. Also, the swimming pool was under renovation during our stay, so we missed out on that experience. Still, we appreciated the effort and had a pleasant stay overall.

住了好多次了，地理位置方便，房間乾淨整潔，設施較新，唯一就是馬桶沖水太小。附一張酒店在編安保🐶，真可愛。節假日高峯期早餐要等位，早餐品種比較少。

We loved our time at the hotel and decided to extend our stay for a few hours. The hotel generously provided a complimentary 1-hour late check-out on top of the extra hours we paid for, which was greatly appreciated. The staff were warm and welcoming, making our experience even better. We'll definitely stay here again!

I stayed for 2 nights and got the room with access to the club lounge. It was useful to have my meetings there as they are open from 6am to 10pm. The location is great as you just have to walk across the road to get to Bonifscio High Street shopping *****. It was very safe to walk around til midnight. The staff were friendly and the food was not bad for the price.
