Awesome location. Walking distance from uptown mall, landers and mitsukoshi. Room itself is good, we love the bunk beds!!!! So pretty. Thought there was a gaming console inside the room but there's none.

Hi. We recently occupied the flat for 3days (2 bedrooms for 6pax @Room 35V South). BAD EXPERIENCE. I DON'T RECOMMEND. POOR CUSTOMER SERVICE. NO IMMEDIATE SOLUTION. On the first night, everything went well as we only occupied 1 room because my other family members haven't arrived here yet. The next day came, the problem arise!!!!The 2nd room aircondition was not cooling and keeps on turning off every 30mins(we noticed it at almost 11pm). I immediately informed the staffs thru our groupchat, initially replied fast with trial and error solution, Followed it but to no good. Afterwhich, no further replies up until the next morning. MEANING, we slept without aircon on that night. 3rd day came, someone came to check the said aircon and promised that a technicial will come and see. And to my surprise during the 3rd night, One staff messaged me telling/applogizing that no technician came and advised to use the fan instead. WHAT? AS IN WHAT? WE PAID THIS FOR 362sgd(P15,450) and you will advise me with that????? AND NOO TECHNICIAN CAME UP UNTIL WE CHECK OUT. NO COMPLIMENTARY WAS OFFERED!!! Verg bas experience and I dont recommend staying here. NEVER EVER!!! Waste of Money!!!

The condo hotel was spacious, clean, and in a great location, conveniently connected to Uptown Mall. However, I wouldn't recommend it for families with toddlers who are very active. My son had an accident when a flimsy shoe rack fell on him, just moments after I removed items from it. While the staff were more concerned about the 6,000 PHP charge for the damaged rack than my son's injury, they showed little accountability for the rack's unsafe condition. They didn't acknowledge its instability or provide first aid, referring us to the nearest hospital instead. Only after contacting Trip did a representative arrive, but he lacked proper first aid training and couldn't offer much help beyond a cold compress. My son sustained minor scratches, bumps, and bruises. The representative did, however, confirm the shoe rack's instability. Additionally, the rice cooker was malfunctioning (they promised a replacement but didn't deliver) and the air conditioner leaked (despite reporting it with video evidence). Upon checkout, they accused us of missing a glass and saucer, despite my waiting for them to conduct a proper inspection.
While the balcony is a nice feature, I strongly advise against staying here with young, active children due to safety concerns.

From the moment I arrived, the staff greeted us with warmth and professionalism. The hotel itself is impeccably clean, and the rooms are not only spacious but also thoughtfully designed, ensuring a comfortable and relaxing atmosphere. The attention to detail is evident in every aspect, from the pillows and bedding to the well-stocked amenities. The hotel's location is also a major highlight, offering easy access to many attractions and dining options. Ma’am Rose was incredibly helpful every time we have questions. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone looking for a memorable and enjoyable experience.

The location is very central in Uptown and right next to the block of Uptown mall. There is an underpass which makes it easy and cool to get to the mall. It is already very near Mitsukoshi and right across Grand Hyatt.
The staff are helpful although we had some hiccups about some appliance/things around the house that initially weren’t working. The househelp eventually came over but on our last full day. I still appreciate though all the help and dont mind going back. They have towels and house slippers so it’s very convenient to check in there and the price is fantastic for the length of stay, the location and space.

Great location. Wifi was good. There was a bit pf condensation from the air conditioning unit and it was right on top of the dining table. Other than that, it was okay. Will book again.

I had a great stay at this hotel. The location is right in the city center, which made it very convenient to get around. The room was clean, well-maintained, and fully equipped with all the necessary amenities. One of the best things is that there’s a shopping mall just across the street — super convenient for dining, shopping, or just spending some time. I would definitely recommend this place for anyone visiting the city!

my family had a great time staying at the property! they will assist you upon check in at the lobby until you arrive at the unit. The place was clean, and amenities are complete. The only downside was the dryer, our clothes wasn't dried enough despite multiple cycles. The view is also nice!
