We went for a week with friends and stayed in one of their hostel style bunk bed rooms. We had the best time - perfect for beginners to surf, the instructors were fun and patient. The hostel had a great vibe. Lots of people travelling solo and in groups. Loved the communal breakfasts and dinners. Food was amazing and a real highlight! Accomodation is definitely hostel style with simple rooms and shared bathrooms but everything was clean and rooms tidied everyday. Highly recommend and very keen to come back!

Absolute amazing trip! The staff was excellent, really hospitable! Would really recommend, will be back soon! The food was amazing, the villa was really clean - being up in the mountains is so nice. The yoga in the mornings is a great way to start the day!

We had the most perfect stay up on the mountain retreat, we were so well looked after, amazing food you would not believe how delicious and how much there was! Lovely yoga in the mornings, we didn't surf this time but the group who went out each day came back beaming with faces full of sun and laughter. We had the lovely twin ensuite room which was perfect for myself and my daughter. loved sitting in the shade on the terrace watching the goats, donkeys, world going by, reading and chilling by the gorgeous pool. Felt like such a treat and would highly recommend going here for a really active time or to completely chill like we did.

Great trip with Amayour! Shiraz took our booking at the last minute when our original booking with another hostel fell through, and was an amazing host! We stayed at the mountain retreat, and felt like we were treated like royalty! The pool was great, the food was amazing and the yoga was very needed after really fun days of surfing! Both the surf instructors and the hostel workers were so helpful and friendly, and it was a great vibe! Would recommend for a relaxing and refreshing long weekend

Very impressed with the food, staff and surf instruction, was watching other surfs school in the water, it was more just about getting them to stand on a wave but not really telling them how to stand so they wouldn't really stand a chance on bigger waves, feel like I had a lot of input and tips all week and would be confident enough to try surfing alone now. This is a great place to stay, thanks

This place is excellent located : near the beach, near shops and busstation...and very quiet at the same time. I arrived in the evening and on that morning the host asked if I wanted to stay over for dinner. That was so sweet and attentive! The breakfast and dinner is served at the beautiful terrace. Not to mention how excellent the food was! As a vegetarian I really was in paradise.I definitely advice this place to stay as a home away from home. Sukran Besef!

A wonderful warm friendly place to stay. Shiraz, M'hand and the team have created an lovely inclusive atmosphere that caters for everyone. I had the most delicious food; spent a week surrounded by the sound of waves and beautiful panoramic views; connected with lovely people from around the world and defied my own expectations and learnt how to surf (thanks to encouraging, specific and patient instruction!).

Excellent place - good location, friendly vibe, rooms comfy and spacious, yoga and surf instructors were excellent AND THE FOOD WAS INCREDIBLE. If I was to return to Taghazout, I'd absolutely come back here. Highly recommended, especially the all-in package.

Stop scrolling through reviews for places and book Amayour surf. A family environment where everything is taken care of for you. The rooms are super clean, the food is amazing and the surf instructors cater for all levels. I came for a week to relax from work, and as soon as you arrive you don’t need to think about anything. It gave me the time to meet amazing, like-minded people. A week to remember.
