"The room was worth the price. Quite clean and neat. The bed is comfortable though the sheets are pretty thin so would suggest bringing extra blankets if you get cold easily. It was a good stay for just a night and it’s quite close to the port, just a 15 min walking distance. The front desk person was kind too."
"This is the best place to stay in Bohol. Everything is superb specially the FRONT DESK guy who is very helpful and friendly and will taking care of you if anything you need. His like working in a five star hotel. The food preparation is superb. It’s very recommendable place to stay trust me. Will be going back there. We check in 8/8/22 and check out 8/10/22. "
"The room is clean and nice but not spacious. The staff are attentive. The complimentary breakfast is average. May i suggest the hotel owner to provide a water dispenser for all hotel guests to avoid plastic bottles."
"Best choice for this price. Room was small but cozy, the best budget hotel we had during this trip in Phillipines (we had three ones before). Rooftop terrace is perfect, we take once our meal to eat it in the evening and we enjoy it. The location was comfortable for our needs as well."
"Accommodating staff but we encountered a power interruption almost every day in our stay and the generator set of the hotel wasn't readily available so we didn't have a choice but to open the doors"
"The hotel is well situated, but the design is outdated. Bathroom for example doesn’t have the curtain so when you shower all the water will flow out and will make it slippery and dangerous for kids. Lack of enough towels. Outside room is nice as it has big space for kids to run."
"I booked this for a short business day trip for my mom and sister. It was very convenient and the location was great. They brought a car so it was great to have free parking as well. There was also a simple breakfast. Overall, it’s a good deal for the price."
"It’s quite. I really slept well. The staff are nice specially the lady. The only thing is remaining water in the shower room that is on the floor absorbed by the tiles but if you step on it the water came out and it’s smelly.
Since the room was vacant in longer time there were many dust."
"It should be the most cost-effective hotel. I checked in at 9 am. The location is in the city center. Supermarkets and restaurants are nearby. The transportation is convenient. Just 40P $ to tOtO"

Very Good
GGuest UserHave been very flexible with me on weird transport situations. Invited me in their family for new year. Very, very close to the port.
A bit aging, could benefit from some investments.
Overall, a great place to stay when arriving and leaving Bohol. But maybe wait to see in person before booking a long stay in the place, many great hostels in very nice settings all around the island.
GGuest UserOur room is near in the road my husband doesn't sleep because of the sound of motorcycle and etc. From 3rd floor we change our room to 6floor. the locations its great malls, restaurants, massage etc. Are near.
Hotel staffs are nice and foods also are delicious .
SSHIMINThe service is very good, praise the patience of the front desk manager, the breakfast is very good, American breakfast, a variety of choices, ready to cook. The front desk can call a special car, which is more convenient. There is also a restaurant downstairs, which is cheap and delicious. Many locals and students go there. You can add meals for free and you can eat all you need. Stayed here for two days and felt very comfortable. That is, some rooms are not sufficiently ventilated.
The location is good, 20 minutes walk to the city.
GGuest UserThis hotel is good, the rooms are bigger and the facilities are more complete. The environment of the hotel is very good. On the first floor is a large restaurant similar to a coffee shop. But the breakfast is average, so it's a meal. There are two types to choose from, American or local, American is bread slices, and the local staple food is rice. The hotel is quiet, the only downside is that it is a bit far from the pier. But the hotel service is very good, knowing that we are going to the pier in the morning, we sent a car to take us there. The price does not feel expensive.
GGuest UserI've stayed 2 nights and overall was good, not perfect but very acceptable, price/quality, I would say very good comparing with the offers around the area and Bohol island, Tagbilaran city
GGuest UserTwo single beds, much like the type of Super 8 Hotel in our country, there is a shopping mall nearby, you can eat and go shopping, the first floor is a supermarket! The front desk helped me introduce a driver guide, chartered for a long time to go to the Chocolate Hills Eye Monkey, etc. It feels very good, you need to introduce it to you.
AAnonymous UserRoom was nice & cute. Price is cheap. Downside is the water supply. It's on & off during morning. Probably because there's a lot of people using but overall the experience is worth it for its price
RRobert J KerrWoken up at 06:45am by owner playing music. Who then had a loud telephone conversation under my window.
They offer a budget room - no kettle, no coffee, no bottled water, no toiletries, but charge a higher price.
Breakfast is advertised as included, but it is only partly. You are allowed 200 pesos free (1 coffee is 100, 1 French toast is 100), after that, you have to pay for anything additional.
On arrival, I informed staff that my toilet was broken as the flush did not work. They told me they'd look into it. When I returned, I was informed that I was right, it was broken, and I was given a bucket to flush.
MMaricelIts always been my apartelle everytime I go to Bohol. The receptionists are accommodating♥️.It's clean . But I kinda hear some noise from people staying even late hours but that's fine. The price is good. But there was an incident I went back at 11 something in the evening from Alona Panglao for a night out and the apartelle is close. I knocked until Tatay finally open the door for me😂.I will be back there again soon!! And by the way you can order them a very cheap and yummy breakfast served right in your room. Thank you Mellow! The nearest mall by the way is Island city mall. If i were you book now! And explore amazing Bohol!
GGuest UserSo I went to bohol for a wedding and then after the wedding we stayed here in OYO 499. I did not set my expectations high because it was cheapest I can find. When I went inside the guy carried my things upstairs which is a plus since we are on the 3rd floor even without me telling him. The check out was also good and fast. What I did not like was the fact that the backup generators went on and off. So it went on for 1 to 2 hours then turned off and then went again for an hour then turned on again. Overall I know it was not their fault there is no electricity but would have been good if the generators were kept always on.
