The service is so good that the cleaning of room is so detailed. The smart TV has YouTube and Netflix, which amazed me. The air conditioning is cold enough. The showering water is also hot enough. Just there is a little smell in the showering area if you bow down, but I think it is just a small issue. The breakfast is also tasty. I feel so comfortable while staying in Maxi~

We stayed in a family room. There was no hot water in the shower on our first night and the sink is blocked. We requested to tidy the room up the next day (as indicated on the door), but they only changed our bath towels. Not even the floor towel was changed in the toilet even when it was wet. Tissues were very limited considering it was a family room. It should have been anticipated that more people are staying in the toom.

The room was clean and comfortable, and the staff were courteous and helpful throughout our stay. The location was convenient, and overall, it was a good experience. Would definitely consider staying here again.

I got bed bugs and very old towels and bad rooms. Carpet was dirty. I will not returned ever. Free is not worthy. I tried to load photos but why did not work.
