The view outside our room is nice as it is overlooking taal. The hotel is very close to Ayala mall. Staff are all polite and accommodating. The pool is clean. The room is clean too. You get what you pay for.
However room and the facilities need an upgrade. The hotel is a bit old already, the carpet really looks old. Some parts of the hotel are not used anymore.

Our room has a geeat view but cable not working. Staff is not so accomodating. Theyre cafeteria doesnt have food readily available.

I know it’s already old, but they could do a better upkeep. There is no bidet in the toilet. The door is in bad condition and makes a awful sound.
And to top them all, the breakfast served to us was so terrible that any street food tastes better. There was nothing fresh from any of the normal Filipino breakfast dishes we ordered (we were four). I don’t normally speak about negative observations but i just want them to improve because based on the experience we had, i would never make a repeat booking

Not a high end hotel, but breathtaking view of the lake is very nice. Perfect spot for Sunrise and Moonrise
