"サービスエリアに直結の利点が遺憾なく発揮されます。雨に濡れることなく２４時間対応のフードコートやコンビニに行けるのは大変便利で、到着時間が遅れやすい自家用車での移動の際には非常に重宝します。大浴場があるのも嬉しいところです。しかし、SA直結の割には駐車スペースが手狭でした。やや大きめの車で行ったので、もう少し余裕があるとよかったです。また、モーニングコーヒーなども飲めるともっと良かったですね。"

"미나미히코네역에서 가깝고 직원들이 무척 친절하고 지나갈때마다 인사를 했다.아침식사는 별로 먹지 않았는데 내 입맛에는 별로였다.2층 끝방이라 전철 소리가 크게 들렸다.로비에 베개나 잠옷도 비치되어있고 화장품이나 마스크팩 등 다양해서 좋았고 음료 서비스도 있어서 좋았다.번호로 문을 열고 청소해달라는 표시를 안하면 문 앞에 새 수건을 갖다 주고 방안에 들어오지 않아서 편리했다"
