I loved the shower! and the service is very good. People is very nice and the food is good. I really liked it. The only problem I found is that its not sound proof so that disturbed my night. Otherwise I would have given it 10 points.

El Hotel cumplió con todas mis expectativas en cuanto infraestructura. Además de recibir buenas noticias como la construcción de la piscina en la terraza. Lo que superó mis expectativas fue la atención del personal, en especial Héctor que fue muy asertivo con sus recomendaciones de gimnasios, lugares para visitar y platos a elegir del Restaurante Nomade.

Ya me había hospedado antes en hoteles de la cadena Tierra Viva, y una vez más han superado mis expectativas. Como en ocasiones anteriores, destacan por su calidez en el servicio, la atención al detalle, la comodidad de las habitaciones y la calidad de su gastronomía. Para mí, Tierra Viva ofrece una experiencia de atención y servicio de 5 estrellas a un precio de 3. El restaurante es altamente recomendable: comida deliciosa, desayuno variado y abundante, y un equipo humano que realmente marca la diferencia. Se nota que la vocación de servicio viene desde la dirección y se refleja en cada interacción. ¡Un verdadero placer quedarse en Tierra Viva!

En general el hotel cuenta con muy buenas instalaciones, aunque creo que le faltó una cortina de visillo, pues solo tenía una blackout, y dejaba la pieza muy oscura. Lo que sumado a la baja iluminación no ayudaba mucho. Además la vista que nos tocó no fue la mejor, pues vimos todos los días a la pareja de la casa del costado "ligeros de ropa" por decirlo cortésmente. Por otro lado, la atención de los barman Eduardo y Nick fue de lo mejor, ya que nos enseñaron a distinguir los diferentes licores. Los tragos el "El Último Ocaso" de Eduardo y "Mi lady Luz" de Nick fueron extraordinarios.

Bajé al comedor y por temas de salud no podía comer cualquier alimento por lo que pedí un plato especial y fue concedido y estaba exquisito, agradezco mucho la buena atención, la mano del chef y la excelente atención de Nick (Barman) Gracias por todo! (Un único detallito, sería bueno que mejorara la red wifi, en la habitación cuesta mucho conectar. Fuera de eso, todo perfecto hermoso hotel! Mil gracias, esperamos volver pronto!!!

El recibidor y bar muy lindos, pero falta actualizar el mobiliario de las habitaciones y sobre todo la conectividad , ya que el Wifi nunca funcionó. La ubicación es buena y tiene amplio estacionamiento, el personal atiende muy bien , el desayuno con poca variedad.
