I booked online to less hassle...but when I arrived they told me fully book na po... E refund na lng po nmin online payment nyo...then if you want po sa staff room na lng po nmin...it's late in the evening so I stayed their...then in the morning no water in the shower room and and the rest room...the water came out from the faucet was so dirty then...I don't know what to say pa more....

The cr is dirty as if it is not cleaned, the bed is also itchy as if there are bugs, we didn't sleep well, we checked out right away, the door knobs and the double lock are still broken, so you feel unsafe, the water is also missing.
