Location is great - just beside robinsons Tacloban mall and also relatively near the airport. Room is clean and just right for solo travellers or if you are just staying in for a night. Hot shower is available. Staff are friendly. Service is okay. Would have been great if early check-in was allowed. Most were asked to wait for the 2pm check-in time. But overall, the room and service is okay for the price.

This was the second time we book this Hotel.
And this was the first time that unfortunately the aircon of our room was malfunctioning, then we immediately contacted the customer service then an engineering representative checked the aircon then found out that's there's a problem.
Then they transferred us in an another room which aircon is well functioning., thank you.
The main reason why I always book this Hotel it's because this is near to the airport and easy access to the Robinsons shopping mall.

You have to request the room to be cleaned each day. The room is small but sufficient. Showers are cold but location is great as right beside Robinson North mall. Staff is very good.

This well located hotel is right next to Robinson Shopping Centre in the suburb of Masbaras. There is a large bus station nearby which services virtually all of the islands of Leyte and Biliran ideal for travellers. It is close to Tacloban Airport - the hotel having pick up and departure transport at a reasonable cost.
The range of food services in the shopping centre is great with budget food through to high quality restaurants. There is a great cinema complex as well as children's entertainment area.
It is easy to go downtown from Go Hotel by a range of transportation.
There is also a regular bus service to the other bus centre at Abucay (Robinson's North) and this services destinations in Samar over the fabulous San Juanico Bridge.
All in all a really good choice for a convenient hotel in central Tacloban city.

The room was somewhat small but clean n beds were comfortable

Very small room. No window. Very noisy in the hallway. Near mall so convenient for foods and shopping.
