The receptionists are good in communicating in English and very helpful. We got all what we need in the room including the toiletries and the pair of pajamas. It’s also near 7Eleven and restaurants.

Immaculate with everything we needed. Small room but I liked the pyjamas and slippers.

About 8 minutes walk from Tachikawa JR South Exit. The stay was okay. The room was quite hot even with the heat turned off, while the sound of siren or ambulance was quite loud with the window opened. The staff were professional and helpful. They helped me change from smoking to non smoking room. Would stay again

The AC wasn't strong enough. The others all good

The room is comfortable and the breakfast is rich and delicious. Overall it's good. It would be better if it could be closer to the station 😁 There are extra lotions and toiletries on the first floor of the hotel that you can take freely, and there are also ones just for children, which is surprisingly considerate.
