酒店環境一流，貝拉餐吧也非常棒。來塔城必選此地。
建議選擇豪華客房，裝修更新一些，普通房的設施有點舊，我住的房間門卡無法打開門，上上下下好幾次、換了門鎖電池還是無法解決。
服務很棒，無論酒店或者餐吧，國營飯店和現代管理的結合產品，推薦！

非常棒，超出預期！看評價説設施陳舊，有點不敢訂，想訂別的新酒店，然後過去紅樓博物館參觀一下就好了。看了房間的結果是覺得可以接受，雖有點舊卻很乾凈，有電梯，服務也到位，就住下了。連過道的暖氣片上都搭着織花白紗做裝飾。
缺點：衞生間偏小。不過可能套房之類的會大一些。

有歷史有故事的酒店，對其內容好奇想體檢一下的，可以的。酒店整體衞生乾淨，床品也舒適，被子可以換薄一點。衞生間無乾濕分離，淋浴無手持龍頭，衹有頂噴，有人會不習慣。性價比也不高，自駕停車需付十元，早餐需加四十五元。

用原蘇聯駐塔城領事館房子改成的賓館，很有俄羅斯風格。有很大的院子，有很多樹，有停車場，還有免費的早餐。住的人很多。唯一的缺點是，停一夜車要收10塊錢。

俄羅斯舊時的領事館，俄式建築，鐵銹紅的牆面。賓館的環境很優美。賓館客房衞生條件好，設施有年代感，淋浴衹有浴簾，衞生間地面很滑。
貝拉餐吧就在院內，環境優美，每個餐廳佈置都很典雅。餐吧提供三種價位的套餐，含各種美食：烤乳鴿，烤羊蠍子，蒸鱈魚，蝦仁，牛肉湯，酸奶粽子，俄式餐包，土豆燉牛腩，拌麪，蔬菜，果鋪拼盤，水果，烤包子，哈薩克包爾薩克，炒麪筋，冰淇淋，一人份，味道很好。賓館提供的早餐也很棒。

原俄羅斯駐塔城領事館改造賓館，設施不是最好的，房間乾淨整潔。感覺外部環境非常好，院裏有停車場，有休閑的地方，還看到有鶴和兔子。

非現代軟硬裝修及科技配套可媲美。
設施：基礎設施完善，供暖系統温度舒適。
衞生：過道和房間均鋪設地毯，整潔度高。
環境：獨門獨院，鬧中取靜。
服務：樓層工作人員溝通温文爾雅，很符合酒店風格。
餐廳：意外收穫，大廚的水煮牛肉放在四川也屬超羣出品。餐具至大米也是滿分之選。
若非旅程匆匆，不論住宿環境還是餐廳出品都值得多住幾日。
