No customer care minded at all. Just check in. A rule based hotel. Guest was expected to comply. Reception Hamed Sbegkhloo was rude and impolite. Just check in already felt uncomfortable. An hotel called International hotel but could not see any international hotel service standard at all. Same as hotel restaurant servicehat wou standard at all. Showed them what would like to order a fish by photo. Replied available but came up a fast food fish steak. Other restaurants proved different dishes at all. Nothing worth to mention breakfast. That only upset you even if you expected something plain.

The hotel is a bit outside the city center but very close to the metro and bus stop. The cleaning of the bed linens and towels was very good. There were olives, cheese, tomatoes, cucumbers, cream, made-to-order omelettes, various hot and cold foods, and fruits such as watermelon and dates for breakfast. Reception staff are helpful in every way. They gave us their own metro cards so that we could get on the metro. Thank you again. We will stay here again when we come to Tabriz again. It is easy to reach el Goli with the metro departing in front of it.

This historic hotel which has been renovated, offers a super clean and confortable stay in Tabriz. It is very well located near attractions (Azerbaijan Museum, Blue Mosque and Tabriz Old Bazaar). The hotel staff are very professional and the food is excellent! Don't miss the buffet breakfast in the garden as well as traditional foods such as "Dolma" and "Kufta"!

First of all I was impressed by the excellence service at the front desk and in the restaurants: The hotel staff is extremely friendly and helpful. The food quality is excellent. Location is perfect: close to the center and the rooms to the pool area are very quite. Rooms and hotel interior looks nice, it s visible that a lot of efforts have been spent to modernize the hotel.

At first we wanted to stay at this hotel for one night then head to Tehran, but we really enjoyed the vibe around this hotel specially because of it's unique architecture so we decided to explore more of it and we extended our stay. This hotel has its own pros and cons but one of the best features is the polite and professional staff. Breakfast was more than enough and i enjoyed the special cheese called "leeqvan". And also there was a chef stand so you could order omelet with your own preferred ingredients. Rooms were tidy and mini bar was full of snacks so i never felt hungry waking up in the middle of night. I will definitely come back to this hotel and i won't forget the beautiful backyard garden it has to offer.

The room was really comfortable,bathroom,bed sheets,tiwels and everything was pretty clean. The personnel are really polite, good in English. The breakfast which was included on toom was amazing, many options with high quality.I will definitely go here in my next trip.the price also is reasonable. We book it through Hamyarhotel.
