The worst hotel we have ever experienced!!! The air conditioning did not work during the heat wave (around 40 degrees). The owner scolded us for several unacceptable things and refused to give us another room. When we indicated we wanted to check out we did not even get our money back. So we left the hotel after the first night and booked another hotel for the rest of our vacation. They now state at *********** that the air conditioner is functional and new while we have a picture of the remote control showing that it is an air conditioner that has been around for quite a while (basically just old and worn out) and they again refuse to refund the money. Worst of all, after we checked out, they offered the room again on *********** and thus made double profit. DO NOT BOOK THIS HOTEL!!!

I went with my husband using a smartbox... Located in a very quiet location. Structure a little dated but well-kept, clean and warm, as was the room which had the only flaw of lack of soundproofing, early in the morning we could hear the neighbors who seemed to be in our room. Good breakfast, quite varied in terms of choice between sweet and savory. Courteous owners. Negative note: our package included an activity which in the case of their hotel consisted of access to the swimming pool, unfortunately it was closed at that time, understandable, but it's a pity that they didn't compensate for this activity which we were entitled to with something else, perhaps an aperitif like I had suggested via email.

I stayed in this hotel for New Year's Eve and I really enjoyed it. The property is located in this well-known spa town surrounded by nature and peace. A few kilometers away it is possible to visit the village, even more immersed in the tranquility that distinguishes it. The hotel room was welcoming and equipped with every comfort, I only had a small problem with the hairdryer which was promptly resolved by the reception. The owner was very nice and kind, the New Year's Eve dinner was surprising, everything eaten was good and plentiful. The only negative thing I found was that upon my arrival I was told that the swimming pool was open until 6pm, I went there at 5.40pm and it was already closed, as was the sauna. Too bad I would have liked use it even for just a few minutes.

Staying with 5 bikers, we were offered a special space to park the motorbikes because the hotel street is quite steep, we really appreciated it. The hotel is quiet and offers a swimming pool + sauna to relax after a good day of driving. The suite booked was spacious and clean, certainly not of a high standard but more than sufficient for one night. Very small shower cabin however. The breakfast offered in addition is a joke without being extraordinary either in terms of quality. This is compensated by the wide choice of sweet and savory food, drinks, etc.

Dilapidated structure. The exterior seems characteristic and the entrance hall is particular, but the rooms leave something to be desired. Patched up over the years without sense or taste. Clean linen but dusty room. Not all outlets worked. The furniture was ruined. The bathroom smelled like smoke. Unfortunately the shower was dirty and the drain was blocked. Since there is no shower tray, the water inevitably comes out. Breakfast was simple and sufficient. Swimming pool covered by a structure that seems to be made up for, cold water and not very clean. Dirty gym with old and poor equipment. The sauna was broken but given the general cleanliness of that area I doubt I would have used it. Unfortunately, the photos on booking and the description on their official website do not reflect reality.

Very welcoming hotel. Small but comfortable rooms. Dinner is paid separately, but the price is convenient and the food is quite good (shame about the overcooked pasta). Well-stocked breakfast, also including gluten-free products, unfortunately not much lactose-free. Very nice indoor swimming pool surrounded by greenery. I recommend having anti-mosquito spray because it is full of insects (even large ones unfortunately), I would suggest considering mosquito nets in the rooms.

Booked for a relaxing weekend, we chose the hotel because it has a heated swimming pool. We arrive and after a quick check in we discover that it is not available (it is under maintenance for a few months, report it on the site??). The room is clean but it is really old and needs a good renovation (shower box closes by miracle). In the morning we discover that breakfast (minimal) is paid and our dog cannot enter (but if you accept it and the hoteliers' dogs are around the hotel why???) too bad
