A disastrous wedding, the wedding was on August 10th, everything started badly from the beginning. The bride and groom had contracted things that were not done for them, for example, at the entrance to the cocktail party they had a toast and a ribbon cutting, but there was none, the guests had to be at the cocktail party at high tables and a waiter serving, and yet we were all crowded in a corner where we had to order at the bar, without tables or anything to lean on. Regarding the food, they did not put what was contracted, they put whatever they wanted. The presidential half-moon table was set up backwards, tables set with only one cutlery and one glass, as if it were a daily menu. The moments that they requested with songs for their guests were not put on. We started to eat at 9:00 and at 2:00 the sirloin steak was not yet served. They did not bring out cava to toast or dessert. The guests had to take the table out to the garden with their cake and cut it and serve it to everyone. Because the waiters and the manager José Manuel ignored it. There was no food and drink at the tables, like white wine, which each table had a different brand from the beginning, that is, they didn't buy wine but they put whatever they found somewhere, and there was one table where there was no shrimp. A total disaster. The soft drinks were out of date. In short, everything was a disaster, it's a shame because the place is very good to take advantage of but not with people so the only thing it does is bring it down. And ruin the day that the bride and groom spent so much effort saving for two years to celebrate what was going to be the best day of their lives and was nevertheless the disastrous day. If you are thinking of celebrating something in this place, discard it because everything I write is little compared to how badly they did everything.

The worst wedding in the world, disastrous, nothing worse could be done, they have broken the record, the service between courses lasted more than an hour, the shrimp were raw and cold, diners did not try them because there were none left, there was not enough seats, each table had a different brand of wine, the bride and groom did not have wedding tickets with champagne, the dishes did not correspond to what was contracted, they ran out of beer, Cocacola, Fanta and other expired drinks, only one glass per diner to drink wine, water etc. there was not enough cutlery, the guests had to take out plates and cutlery for the cake, there were no utensils to cut and serve the cake, which had to be served by the guests themselves, the cake was 2:30 and I had to go to the kitchen to get it, when I entered the chamber the trays of food were on the floor and uncovered, the kitchen was a hive of cockroaches and the person in charge, Mr. Juan Manuel, kept saying that everything was fine, with astonishing passivity.

Terrible maintenance of the facilities, the bathrooms were outdated and smelled of sewers. We occupied rooms 201 and 301 of the hotel. It was a communion celebration, the food was terrible, tough meat... Lack of cutlery to serve common starters, although the best wine was put on the table of the hostess's parents, and an inferior wine for the others. Regarding the rooms, cleanliness is conspicuous by its absence, just right. I went to open the bedroom window and had to close it quickly. There was a kind of beehive, or bird's nest... I don't know, but I will never return. A disastrous experience, a poorly managed business, only saved by the exquisite and kind treatment of the military boy who also works in hospitality, and some other workers. The girl at reception was a person with a lack of morals, very skilled at lying and deceiving, an excellent student of the head of the establishment. She passed her internship with honors.

No lo recomendaría ni a mi peor enemigo. Estuvimos en la boda de nuestros amigos y la experiencia fue realmente lamentable en cuanto a los servicios ofrecidos. La pareja llevaba preparando la boda desde hace muchísimo tiempo con toda la ilusión y les arruinaron el que debía ser el mejor día de sus vidas, por no cumplir nada de lo que tenían contratado. Empezamos por el principio: llegamos a las instalaciones donde no había nadie para recibirnos, nadie nos indicó en ningún momento donde estaban los jardines, ni las habitaciones del hostal ni el hotel. Hay un bar (de los mismos dueños) donde la gente fue entrando. Algunos se acercaron a los jardines y les dijeron que no se podía pasar, que tenían que esperar a que prepararan la decoración (no sé muy bien a qué se referían, puesto que prácticamente no había nada). Lo hicieron para tener a todos los invitados de la boda en su bar haciendo consumiciones que tenían que pagar y así se sacaban un buen pico extra por la cara, cuando ya durante todo ese tiempo (entramos a los jardines casi a las 9 de la noche) teníamos que estar en la copa de espera bebiendo y comiendo los entrantes. Tras mucho esperar a que alguien nos atendiera en lo que se supone que era la recepción (dentro del mismo bar), preguntamos por la habitación que habíamos reservado semanas antes, con la sorpresa de que nuestro nombre no aparecía en la lista. No fuimos los únicos, a más amigos les pasó lo mismo, no habían apuntado sus reservas o habían apuntado mal sus nombres. Finalmente y tras mucho esperar nos asignaron una habitación (de pura casualidad, solo quedaban 2 libres). Con cuentagotas y tras avisar nosotros mismos a la gente de que fuéramos a los jardines, allí empezaron a servir cervezas mal tiradas (todo espuma), sin sillas ni mesas para nadie y saliendo solo 3 o 4 tipos de entrantes que se repitieron hasta la saciedad (muchos menos de los que tenían contratados), además en poca cantidad. Camareros inexpertos en su mayoría y con pocas ganas de trabajar. Una vez llegaron los novios, no se hizo lo que se tenía preparado. Pasamos después a comer, habiendo una eternidad entre plato y plato. Tampoco pusieron el postre que había en la minuta, pusieron lo que les dio la gana y todo ya cuando la gente se había levantado a la barra libre, donde la cosa empeoró aún más, sirviendo a la gente refrescos caducados en su mayoría y sin apenas bebidas, teniendo que esperar a que repusieran las botellas de alcohol. Todo eso con malas formas incluso con los novios y sus familiares, que ante la incredulidad de los invitados y como si no hubiera allí un servicio de hostelería contratado tuvieron que sacar ellos mismos su propia tarta, los platos, cubiertos, etc. La música fue otro desastre, habiendo silencios a cada rato, canciones que cambiaban en mitad sin que nadie lo hubiera pedido, publicidad entre canciones por no tener una licencia de Spotify o similares... un auténtico desastre de principio a fin, una estafa.
