Please do a thorough check on all your hotels, hostels and homestays listing PLEASE. I am so disappointed with this booking with Trip.com. To my horror, this homestay no longer exists. I even incurred telephone charges to call the phone number provided in trip.com and the phone number no longer exists. Managed to check with the locals, I found out that the owner has sold out this place 3 years ago. There is no means for the owner to collapse or deregister this listing in Trip.com. Last minute, I have to get help from a local to help me look for another accommodation.
I demand for a refund for this booking and even a compensation for the inconvenience caused.
I will not use Trip.com again from this bad and horror experience as when booking did not turn out what it should be, there is no means to contact. Horrible.
Whoever is reading this review, please DO NOT BOOK this HOMESTAY. Do not use Trips.com as even though it may be cheaper, but when you need help, you will not get it.
