The rooms are great, with plenty of space, clean, and have everything you need. The restaurant serves great food, and all the staff members at the hotel are very kind. If you want to relax, go to the swimming pool or sauna. We even tried the spa procedures, which were amazing. We are looking forward to our next visit to this hotel.

It was the second time to be in Czarny Kamien. The resort gives my family a wonderful memory with their facilities, views and kind staff that is why we came back again. The resort is not so huge, but it has many things to make us and other guests satisfied and happy. First, the resort is surrounded by forest so that the view is fantastic. Second, there are indoor/outdoor swimming pool, kids cafe, indoor/outdoor jacuzzi, outdoor sauna, restaurants and bar, therefore the guests can enjoy regardless weather, age and time (plenty of time). Further more, the staff are helpful and kind. Their service is not exaggerated, but warm and supportive. In conclusion, we will be back again. The resort becomes our family's frequent-visit place, anyway.

It's an amaizing place for family whit children. You can swim in pools outside and inside . The dinner and breakfest they serw are the Best.

Honestly I can't rate this place any more highly for families. It made holidaying with 2 little ones so easy and relaxing. Everywhere was so clean, everything had been thought of in terms of family friendly-ness. Reception staff were lovely. Food was fantastic and very reasonable (but used to UK prices ). Thanks so much for a wonderful, unforgettable stay.

This is my favourite place in Karkonosze. Nice views, exellent food, greenery around, what makes stay restfull, super spa and very good saunas and swimming pools.

I can recommend our stay at your hotel. Everything is perfect, accommodation, food, wellness. Even for demanding clients. The accommodation was clean, cozy. The personal was nice. The breakfast and dinner were very tasty. Nice hotel near the center of Jakuszyce.

very comfortable room with good bed. Big balcony. Well equipped pantry. Luxurious breakfast buffet. Quiet location with nice view. Private parking with lots of spaces. The jacuzzis and swimming pool were great. Good restaurant and very reasonably priced.
