It's a Residence Inn.
There are a lot of local people and I think it's not a good place for foreigners to go.
I recommend going to Radisson Blu nearby.

Comfortable place for families with kids. All attractions was included so only one time cost needed! Underground carparks, small swimming pool, play zone for kids, animations for kids, pub/club for teenagers. Breakfasts was delicious, fresh and tasty. Only one tiny disadvantage. At time when we was at swimmingpool, water was little too cold.

The hotel is far from 4 stars. Although the buildings are impressive from the outside and delight with their beautiful architecture, the interior of the apartments is a drama! A terribly uncomfortable, hard sofa, a mirror with a huge crack, a paper holder falling off, a tablet torn from the wall (to change the temperature in the room you have to call a technician), kitschy and tacky accessories. The food in the restaurant was tasty, the games room was also ok, unfortunately with a broken door. The water jets in the pool did not work. The lifeguard said they had been broken for several weeks! Overall, very poor price-quality ratio and we will not return there again.

I will try to forget it... It was a nightmare. I came with family and friends, with one month prior reservation, but in the hotel it tourned out that there is no apartment for us. I understand that mistakes happen, but they did not really try to solve it. Yes, they were very sorry....I did not know what to do, go back home, look for another hotel at the last moment? But everything was sold out due to holidays. Our friends already checked in, it was late and we were there with little kids... No one cared obout it. I have never met such approuch to the guests before. They have riuned our holidays. I wish this to no one. Shame on you Norweska Dolina!

The hotel is unique because od its architekturę and the concept of a fairytale, norwegian village. Lovely place with mamy suprises including stone paths, cute relaxing areas, a dragon gate, private waterfall and colourful Villas. Great place for families with small children but lovers of mountain walks will be happy here, too. Tasteful breakfast is an advantage.

I come from Czech Republic my my brother to spent one night of relax but was a nightmare. I had a miserable end to my stay at the hotel When I went to have a shower in the evening, I was greeted to freezing cold water in the hot water faucet, and exactly the same in the shower. Not taking a shower was not an option, so I had the most miserable shower, complete with uncontrollable shivering and chattering teeth, it really was that cold! Before check out I mentioned the issue at Reception and they send the tecnik to solve the problem but was too late. At the same time on Saturday night in our building a group of young people make noise till 01.30 so we sleep just few hours. So we come from Prague for relaxing one day but we return more tired then before. I wrote an email and nor were any apologies made to us by the structure, unacceptable.

We rented an apartment maxi comfort plus for our 4 person family. It was much more comfortable than we had expected. With fully equipped kitchen, spacious but cosy living room, two airy bedrooms with spectacular views, a very big bathroom, and even 3 big terraces ;) you couldn't want more... I haven't mentioned meals yet - you simply have to try them all! in a beutiful restaurant.Very friendly and helpful staff. Bowling, swimming pool, and much more. I fully recommend this hotel. It is an unforgettable experience, anything you have ever been to...

Nice hotel, nice food, disgusting swimming pool! Apartments are cute, breakfast and dinner have good variety and quality (a lot of sweet things for kids, gofry, popcorn, juices, gelly, cookies, ice cream). Sala zabaw i find it a bit small for the whole hotel but still kids have fun. Swimming pool is really not acceptable, you have a voucher u can only go 1 time, the swimming water was so dirty you cannot see ur feet in the water and it was smelly! Sauna was the same, half were fine other half smelly. I did ask to ratownik why this smell, got a random excuse- special product to clean it (funny they don't do it overnight, but on a busy weekend) the following day, i return to the swimming pool, water looked the same (like the hippo swimming pool at the zoo, dirty and smelly). If it wasn't by the swimming pool i would be happy to come back
