It’s a pretty nice place with clean rooms, good housekeeping and generous breakfast. The rooms provide decent spacing and are cleaned every day. They appeared charming to me and have a fridge and A/C. The entrance and dining area looks quite grand and the continental breakfast was fresh and offered both savoury and sweet treats with vegetarian options. The location is approx. 15 minutes outside the city center walking distance.

Visited in mid August 2022. Our room/suite was immaculate and very spacious - it had a separate TV lounge too. The restaurant was great - the food was well prepared, tasty and nicely presented - and our waiter was very helpful and spoke perfect English. All the hotel staff we met were very helpful, and all spoke English. If I'm ever back in Szczecin I wouldn't hesitate to book again.

The Atrium in Stettin looks like a large city villa in terms of its architecture. Cars are parked around the building. It's tight, but everyone eventually finds a parking space. The restaurant, which was heavily advertised on the website, was unfortunately closed. There is a bar in the foyer for quick thirst quenching. The room was large, clean and well air-conditioned. The friendliness of the staff towards German guests is - as is often the case with our eastern neighbors - in need of improvement or even tortured, but at least professional.

Very small, quiet hotel. Breakfast was good. Rooms were very spacious. I'm not happy that when you send an email to the hotel and want to make a booking, no one gets back to you for December. The staff are otherwise always nice and reliable, I think.

The hotel room was small but nice. Clean and tidy. Everything you needed was there, even with a small child. The breakfast was OK, but not very varied. After 3 days we didn't need a 4th breakfast there. There is currently a construction site next to the hotel, but we didn't notice much of it (thanks to getting up early). The reception was always manned and friendly.

We chose the hotel because of the good reviews and now, at the end of our stay, we have to admit that we don't rate it nearly as highly. The breakfast was advertised as excellent. I've had much better breakfasts and the selection was modest. The scrambled eggs were swimming in their own juice, jam packed, no milk with the cereal and the rest wasn't great either. But that's something you can argue about. What we found a real shame for a 4-star hotel was the friendliness and politeness. No good morning, good day, good evening, no smile, no thank you or please. You were basically completely ignored. We saw ourselves as a nuisance even though we were guests. Szczecin was beautiful and yes there are friendly people here too, but not in this hotel, sorry, our expectations were different based on the reviews and the stars. The rooms were good, the beds were much too soft for my taste. We won't be staying there again.

This hotel is getting worse every time. Check in: Inexperienced attendant. Room: Outdated and noisy. At the front of the hotel you cannot open the window or you will be woken up by police and ambulance sirens at night. The beds are small and the mattresses are saggy. You can't get any sleep. Staff: Some staff are arrogant and uninterested. (The very friendly blonde lady in the breakfast room understands how things work in the hotel well, big compliment). Breakfast: Very good! Bar in the lounge: One of the staff is very rude and lacks empathy. The customer is the king he has never heard of. He thinks he is the king
