The brand new structure is a true paradise for children: the family park offers an amazing number and variety of different attractions, inside as well as outside, aquatic and otherwise. The entertainment offer for the little ones is certainly unparalleled and left us positively impressed and enthusiastic. The kitchen is also attentive to the needs of the youngest guests. The rooms are equipped with all comforts, spacious and tastefully furnished, and the park area and the lake front are very beautiful where sunbeds and umbrellas are arranged in summer. We found the cuisine to be good and of good quality overall and the staff seemed friendly and helpful. However, I believe that there are also some aspects to improve. I would like to point them out below in the hope of being able to contribute to a further increase in the quality of the services offered. (1) The general conditions (Terms and Conditions) published on the site provide various incorrect information. One concerns, for example, dinner times. The document states that it is served until 10.00 pm so, arriving on the first day around 8.00 pm, we thought we could settle into our room and eat calmly. However, we learned that in reality dinner is only served until 9.00 pm (although already at 8.30 pm the buffet begins to run out and the waiters are rarely present). This caused some stress. (2) Still on the subject of catering, the service could be a little quicker and more attentive, for example in taking away dirty dishes, collecting orders, replenishing the buffet. The drink dispensers also have a decidedly insufficient capacity. (3) On the day of departure we opted for "late check-out" for €100 per room, so we could stay until 6pm. However, the room keys (cards) were disabled in the early afternoon so we were first stuck in the lift (it only works with the key) and then in the corridor. I then went to reception to have them reactivated but, despite waiting a while, the procedure didn't work and multiple attempts and unsuccessful trips were necessary. Obviously it would be desirable if, by booking late check-out at the reception, the operation would take place automatically without wasting time and effort. (4) The family park closes at 7.00 pm and with it the swimming pools also close. I think it would be very nice if there was the possibility of swimming in the evening too (it would also be adequate for the category of the hotel, given the practice in other hotels in the area). Maybe after 7.00 pm the swimming pools could remain open for a few hours for "adults only"? (5) I found the idea whereby the menu varies according to the stages of Willy Fog's journey very nice and original (the whole hotel is inspired by around the world in 80 days). However, it should be communicated and "advertised" better, perhaps with a map or a list of countries/stages for each day
