Best Western Syracuse Downtown Hotel and Suites

The hotel is located in the town, the building is old but refurbished. Aircon abit noisy, breakfast is great.

Would have been better if they didn't stick us in the absolute smallest room they had. Stay would have been extended but room size was number one reason that did not occur.

Came to Syracuse for an event, and found this hotel to be excellently located among many restaurants and bars within walking distance. The area felt safe, the hotel is well kept and the staff very friendly and professional.

We stayed there before it a wonderful hotel there was an issue with the heat and air conditioning. And the terrible smell of **** in the hall way. Staff was great

A great boutique environment with all the downtown and university within an easy walk. Staff was very courteous and helpful. Room was clean, comfortable with a pleasant decor of days gone by.

The front desk staff were kind an friendly but our room had not been properly cleaned even though we checked in after normal check-in time. I’m talking sequins on the floor and the previous occupants trash still under the sink. Also, paid for parking but the tiny lot near the hotel was full, so had to choose between parking on the street (and moving it by 9 am) or parking in overflow lot a block away. But the location was great, bed was super comfortable and breakfast was decent.

Staff super friendly and helpful. They have security cameras on the parking lot where they monitor from front desk. I felt my car was secure. Room super clean. Would stay again.

Excellent hotel. Lovely, charming and very clean. I have a gripe with the beds not being very comfortable and the pillows are low quality. Everything else is 5 stars.
