Very comfortable room with a good view of the university. The only issue was that the shower faucet was difficult to operate and there was not great water pressure.

The location in Syracuse Campus was great, as the purpose of my trip was to help my daughter settle in to her dorm in Syracuse University. It is also close to Marshal Street where the restaurants are in the Campus. The hotel allow us to check-in early just before 2pm, which was great for us and that gave us more time to shop for needed stuffs for my daughter. Room was clean and spacious and I like the bottled water provided, which most hotel in Syracuse does not.

The view outside the window is nice, and Syracuse University is right outside. The front desk reception is very nice, the hygiene is acceptable, the air conditioner outdoor unit is indeed noisy, the toilet flushing is also loud, the breakfast is simple, and the overall feeling is okay.

The room facilities are too old and the hygiene is worrisome! Maybe it's because it's in a school, has a good location, and doesn't have to worry about customers. It's hard to imagine that this is a Sheraton hotel.

Apart from being close to the school, everything else is useless. The air conditioner is louder than a tractor, but it still operates as usual and there are guests checking in. Are you blind?

It is very convenient to see the school next to the school. The scenery of the school is very good. The staff are very kind and active. However, the hotel facilities are old and the sanitation is not very good, but the location is really good and can be ignored
