房間較大，但是床品舒適度一般，床單上還有未洗乾淨的污漬。服務不是一般的差，第二天一早客房服務擅自闖入房內兩次，招呼都不打，發現房內有人也不説抱歉，權當沒事人一樣，用不停闖入的方式push退房，完全是為了自己能早點完成工作，用擅自闖入的方式催促你。第一次開門闖入是九點不到，就很離譜，第二次是十點半。酒店規定退房時間是中午十一點....沒到時間就以這樣的方式催促，真是很不禮貌。走的時候客房服務人員還板著臉給你看臉色（客房服務人員是黑人大姐），非常粗魯無禮！前台不服也很差勁，要個水單也不肯給，要啥都不肯給，推三推四。早餐雞蛋是臭的，不知道放了幾天了還給人吃，牛奶沒了也+新的。非常糟糕的一次入住體驗，難怪希爾頓在國內都關的差不多了，和萬豪集團相比真是差太多。

房間設施不錯，沒有燒水壺，免費水也不太願意給，但是最終還是給了兩瓶，服務態度一般，有位男士還不錯。早餐還可以，兩天早上都是一樣的，沒變化。

Nice but outrageous fees
I feel a $150 deposit for incidentals is outrageous. My daughter goes to SU and we have stayed at several hotels in the Syracuse NY area. We have never been charged so much. The most was $50. The hotel itself is clean and pretty quiet. Buffet breakfast is nice.

Overall I would recommend this hotel, the breakfast was very good, the staff was friendly. The location is OK, we drove everywhere, there didn't seem like there was much to walk to.

Disappointed with this Hampton Inn
We were given a mobility accessible room although not requested or needed. The room entry door was very tight to the frame and required some strength to open it. The toilet seat was loose from the bowl. The grab bar next to the toilet had been pulled out of the wall and had a shoddy repair leaving dry wall dust on the baseboard. The sink drained extremely slowly. The desk chair was broken leaving you tilting to the left when sitting in it. Best of all, the window shade was remote controlled. The control did nothing when the button was pushed and the shade was in the up position. We were leaving the hotel to attend an event and stopped by the front desk and reported the problem with the shade. The receptionist said that she knew that the shade was broken and that a part had been ordered to repair it. We were offered a different room but declined because we were leaving at that time. The receptionist said, “at least it will be dark when you get back”.
Why were we given this room to begin with if other rooms were available? Very poor customer service with no respect for customers.

Several things to watch out for here.
1.) While noted as pet friendly, they charge an additional $75 at check in.
2.) The rooms are ok for the price but definitely not 4 star.
3.) This part of Syracuse is very rough.

Not worth the money.
The front desk was great and friendly. The pool was nice. Our room felt dirty. The toliet had dried poop on the side which i had to clean. The toilet seat was broken and so was the drain. The shower curtian didnt cover the whole shower so the floor kept getting wet and out door was hard to open and close. The free breakfast was just ok.
