While my stay at Hiltown Hotel in Sylhet was mostly enjoyable, there were a few minor issues that I encountered. One aspect that could be improved upon is the speed of the Wi-Fi connection. Although available throughout the property, I found the internet to be somewhat slow at times, which made it challenging to stay connected, especially when trying to work or stream content. Additionally, while the staff was generally attentive and accommodating, there were instances where the service could have been more prompt and efficient. Despite these minor inconveniences, they did not significantly detract from my overall experience at the hotel.
