Pretty average stay. Could do with a steam clean of the carpet & lounge. Comfortable bed. Shower took forever to run hot & very low on pressure.

Easy to find and good signage. Fantastic location to parks, food locations.
The apartment was very spacious, clean, and relaxing.

I’ve stayed here before on several occasions and was happy with the accommodation and service.
I had a family emergency and was not able to keep my booking the last time.
I emailed the accommodation and told them why I couldn’t stay.
I asked for a refund or just a credit, stating that given a credit, I’d use it within one month.
Both were denied.
I will never stay at this accommodation again.

First, the front desk staff is not friendly. Second, our room is facing the ac units and we don’t have a view! So, we went downstairs and requested if we can change another room and they rejected our request. We already put the note upon booking that we would like to be on high floor! (If possible). Third, we are not sure if the housekeeping is doing a service on the stay over rooms but our room was not cleaned.
The only good on this accommodation is the location.

There's not much to see here.ezcept.if you love Chinatown/Haymaker. I stay here everything I fly out from Sydney for my overseas trip.
