A great stay only too short. The experience at the check in was amazing. So grateful to the man who is a huge asset to the hotel. He gave us our bearings and not only helped us he helped a mother with little children. Keep being you. Had a lovely outlook our the Harbour. Bed was so comfortable. Have stayed a long time ago. and will stay again. Thank you for your hospitality.

Hotel staff sam agree to cancel the booking for free for some reason .but the result is negative.I dun know why how this hotel could be a four star hotel,but the fact that it was more like a three star or even a two star hotel

Upon arrival was given the keys to the room. We opened the room and the room was messy as if someone had just checked out . The receptionist apologised and said it’s a mistake and gave us another room . The other room looked ok but felt like not being opened for a few days . Upon checking out next day noticed a red spot on my left side of Back which spread to middle of back . It was some bed bug or spider which caused me discomfort for the next 6-7 days to come .this hotel definitely needs to update their hygiene . I am a frequent traveller and this is the first time it happened . Hotel should double check the rooms for hygiene in bedding before giving to paying customers .

Check in staff were lovely. Great location with convenience the convenience to everything. Rooms are very outdated and could do with an upgrade. Room I was staying it floor was dirty and was an iron patch on the couch

The hotel has a great location, however the amenities are very poor. The cleanliness of the room also wasn’t good till we asked for housekeeping.
For the value paid, there was plenty of options with same price and much better quality hotel.
