West Hotel Sydney - Curio Collection by Hilton

Everything was fantastic, except for the bed, which was a little too soft for my liking. The only other area for improvement was the check-in experience. The receptionist did not provide sufficient information regarding the Wi-Fi password, the directions to our room, or the location and floor of the gym.

A very convenient location & a lot restaurants nearby. Clean & good service provided from this hotel. Highly recommended for family or business traveler.

The room is on the smaller side, which is understandable given the excellent location. The facilities are good and the stay was overall very comfortable. The only inconvenience was that the hotel did not have sanitary pads or tampons available, and there were no nearby 24-hour convenience stores to purchase them. That said, I would still choose Hilton properties again in the future and hope this could be improved.

Very convenient location with moat famous tourist spots like Darlin Harbour, Opera House & museums within 30 mins walk distance. Hotel was clean and practical, staff was helpful too.

Room is a bit small. Streets outside a bit noisy, not too clean, not very much looking like part of the CBD but very convenient if wanting to visit the Darling Harbour. In short, you pay what you get.

First stay at West. The room was a bit small but was still very comfortable. The hotel has a small gym on the premises. No issues with Wi-Fi, and bed was comfortable as well. Good location, close to both Darling harbor and the city.

Strategically located to explore Darling Harbour area by foot. Room size is decent and clean. I have had a pleasant stay.

Really great value for money!! Staff were wonderful (even called when we left our do not disturb sign on one day to check if we wanted to room cleaned) - above and beyond. Will be back! Thank you!
