My husband and I would just like to say thank you for having us on our wedding night. Our stay on the 20th September was lovely, owners so friendly and welcoming. The house is beautiful, so clean and breakfast fantastic! Would definitely recommend.

Stayed overnight for a local wedding. Such a gorgeous house in a beautiful location! Bed was very comfortable and the suite was enormous. Steve & Claudio were very welcoming and cooked a lovely breakfast :) we really enjoyed our brief stay!

What a joyful place! Just had the best stay, clean and stylish! Bedroom was spacious and comfortable, Lovely hosts, full English breakfast delicious! Can’t wait to go back and spend some more time in the wonderful find! Can’t recommend enough.

An excellent property by any standards and seems almost too good to be a B&B. Hosted by Claudio who provides service witha smile in a very informal way. It is more like visiting and staying with friends than checking in to a B&B We love it and always get property envy. Breakfasts are good and for Dinner, The Griffin Inn is a very short walk into the village. Set in the glorious Charnwood Forest we will return, again and again.

Attended a wedding at a nearby venue and stayed at Keepers Lodge. Would highly recommend this B&B. It is better than most hotels I have stayed in, spotlessly clean and really comfortable and pleasant rooms. The breakfast is very good and cooked to order and the host is really friendly. Would highly recommend you will not be disappointed.

The lodge is in a beautiful end of village location with a nearby pub. The hosts were very welcoming and friendly. Rooms were bright and spacious and breakfast was a delight. I’m quite a light sleeper and apart from the radiators buzzing, I thought it was my phone at first 😂 we got a good nights sleep, pillows and bed very comfy. Would def recommend.

This is a perfect 5 star b & b, clean spacious and beautiful. The owners are a really lovely couple, who made our weekend away a pure delight. Huge super king bed very comfortable beautiful furniture and decor. Lovely en-suite shower .

We stayed at the Keepers Lodge after our wedding at the Old Stables and the room was beautiful and the owner was lovely. Breakfast was yummy and very quick. Would definitely recommend staying here. The surrounding area is lovely for long walks and there are lovely nearly pubs for food including the Griffin Inn.
