Radisson is a great place to stay. Fast and easy Check- in , they will gave you 2 cards for doors and elevators. we also paid the tourist or visitors tax good for 3 days stay. The Room has a King size Bed with separate pillows and blanket. The view of the Sea is so stunning, specially during sunset. They also have Sauna , Infinity Pool accessible from 10am to 10pm at 14th Floor. Breakfast is served from 7am to 11am. And Aquapark at the -1 Floor also has 4 Jakozi but only free for 1 hour and the following has 50% discount. overall was fun and hussle free staycation the staff are very nice and accommodating to the Guest's request. We'll be coming back for sure

My boyfriend and I stayed here for one night only, but enjoyed the time we had at this hotel. Our hotel room had an amazing view over the beach. All the rooms are quite new and well equipped. The selection at the breakfast buffet could be a little more vegan friendly, but I’m not sure if there’s a high demand for it. All the staff we’ve encountered was very friendly. The ladies from the front desk (thanks to Zenata and Grazyna for the lovely check in and for helping me out with all the questions), the waiters at the buffet restaurant and the gentleman at the bar..everyone was so polite. We will come back!

Richtig gut gefallen hat mir das Personal (Sonst hätte ich nur 2Sterne gegeben, das Personal war in meinen Augen das Beste in dem ganzen Hotel). Unglaublich zuvorkommend, nett und gut gelaunt. Von meiner Seite ein fettes Dankeschön dafür. Die Zimmer sind zweckmäßig und sehr sauber, die Betten waren sehr bequem und es war traumhaft ruhig. Aber nichts Besonderes. Obwohl die Auswahl beim Frühstück riesig war, hat mir das Meiste leider nicht geschmeckt. Besonders gut waren die Smoothie’s, das Vollkornbrot und das frisch zubereitete Rührei. Jetzt zum Negativ: Die Sauna und der Spa-Beteich, waren wirklich sehr unschön. Das Spa liegt angrenzend an der Tiefgarage und so wirkte es auch. Man hatte das Gefühl in einer zurechtgemachten Garage zu sein. Die Salzgrotte als einziger Entspannungsrückzugsort war geschlossen. Die Sauna war ok, aber Entspannen war leider auch hier nicht möglich, da die Ü60 Besucher meist sehr laut waren, teilweise fand ich es echt eckelig dort. So haben manche mitten in der Saune eine Art Atemübung gemacht oder besser gesagt rumgehechelt. Kein Entspannungsraum, billige Kunststoffliegen. Zudem wurden dort statt Entspannungsmusik Stimmungsmusik gespielt. Der Poolbereich vollgestellt mit billigen Plastikstühlen und Liegen. Manch ein Ü60 kam auch mit seinem Rollator in den Poolbereich. Alles wirkte sehr billig und lieblos. An Entspannung war nicht zu denken, auch weil die meisten Besucher dort sehr laut waren. Das Personal hat leider auch nicht für Ruhe gesorgt. Ich hatte das Hotel gerade wegen der Sauna und dem Spa gebucht und wurde bitter enttäuscht. Das war alles nur kein 5 Sterne Spa geschweige denn ein 5 Sterne Hotel. Und ich war in wirklich guten 5Sterne Hotels, aber das waren höchstens 3Sterne. Ich würde das Hotel nicht mehr buchen und ich würde es auch nicht weiterempfehlen.

We booked the hotel online at Check24. The hotel is close to the city centre. (10 minutes walk). The beach is about 15-20 min walk. The hotel is modern and the rooms are conveniently furnished. We had a standard double room. The room was also modernly furnished. Unfortunately there is no barrier to stack things only 4 sheets. Not suitable for a long stay. Breakfast was good and as standardized in most hotel chains. The rooms in the breakfast room are too little when full coating. Waiting times are not to be avoided. Overall the hotel is recommended. The only thing that personally disturbed me was the non-compliance with Corona rules on masks duty. Although paintings were all over and I believe they still apply in Poland. More than half of all guests did not wear a mask, especially at the buffet, that wasn't all right. And the staff did not do anything. Damn. I found strange also the arrangement that I had to tell at the reception if my room was to be cleaned. For example, in other hotels there is a ticket for the bar if you don't let the room clean.
