Large, clean, modern rooms, but very noisy - no matter where, at the back through the filter system of the pool from the neighboring hotel, at the front through the street and the construction site/gravel works opposite, no air conditioning, the bathroom only separated by glass walls in the room and the balcony is about 1 square meter. Apart from two ladies, the staff at reception were very unfriendly. The food that was available was tasty, except for drinks, juice and milk was watered down, but very strange meal times and always the same thing on offer, little fruit, hardly any salad, no cake and the time was kept to the minute, otherwise you couldn't get into the restaurant or you were literally thrown out. Outside of opening hours there is no possibility of drinking coffee or buying anything to drink (always walk to the promenade, about 500m). The elevator on the 3rd floor has been broken for 2 weeks (note on the door, whether it works or not). If you have booked a spa treatment, you cannot expect a German-speaking doctor as promised and I could not find the advertised nice nurse either. The consultation with the doctor lasted about 5 minutes and then the nurse threw you out. She never had time either, she was always busy drinking coffee and eating. The physiotherapists do a very good job and are also very friendly. The swimming pool is great. Some rooms are also difficult to find because you have to use several elevators (extension), but you get no help with this from the ladies at reception.
