It was very difficult to find the reception and there is hardly any possibility of parking the car somewhere for a short time. After we had overcome this hurdle, a nice employee at the reception explained everything to us. The parking space in the underground car park and the apartment were fine. The location on the promenade was also great. The sea and the great beach, as well as many restaurants, are just a few steps away. Unfortunately, we had an argument in the swimming pool every day about the fact that we had not one but two hours off. Of the four defects in the apartment, only one was fixed (no light in the kitchenette, cupboard door unhinged, TV didn't work...). The apartment was otherwise nice and practically furnished. The bed wasn't big, but comfortable nonetheless. If you can overlook one or two minor things, you can enjoy this beautiful corner of the Baltic Sea.

Incredible value for money. Stayed in the apartment in Haus Albus. Very modern and clean. The beach was just around the corner and restaurants were within walking distance. I liked that there was free private parking.

As others have already described, finding the reception is a disaster... It is not in the hotel building but much too far away. After several requests we finally found it, how could we have known that we were going to the "Vacation Club"? After all, we had not booked there... When we got there there was an endless queue. When it was finally our turn, we had to pay for the parking space in the underground car park (80 zloty/day!!!) in cash zloty. Since we had only just arrived, we had not yet changed our money. So we had to leave, change money and get back in line... After 2 hours we finally got to our room. We had a 2-room apartment. Nice room with kitchen (including cooking utensils and dishwasher). Housekeeping is only available by arrangement. But the phone number only gave a recorded message in Polish, so we sent an email to reception asking for the cleaning service to come the next day. We had breakfast in the neighboring Radisson Blu. Since the hotel's own guests also eat there, it was completely overcrowded. After walking around the hall five times, we finally found a place, but the buffet was crowded. But in the evening it was OK.
