I had an excellent experience. The venue is well-furnished, and the service was outstanding. Its central location in Swindon made it convenient for my needs. A special thank you to Jack, Hannah, Darren, and Ben for their helpful and professional assistance. The room was small but very clean and comfortable. The hotel and bar staff was amazing, really made us feel very welcome, food was lovely, beds nice and comfortable. A great hotel for using the town, I would suggest this hotel for any occasion, they also have big tvs with sports, great range of drinks.

Went to try out new menu and was impressed. Had sea bass attractively presented, fresh and very tasty. Can thoroughly recommend. Served by such friendly helpful staff who go out of their way to make sure everything is perfect. We had a long wait but was told as soon as we ordered and Will kept us informed. Harry served us - both hard working and a credit to your company

Don’t cater for gluten free No gluten free breakfast available and very poor choice of evening meal without gluten. Gammon steak I had to have mashed potatoes as no fries or jack potato. Only steak with same of microwave curry without any accompaniments Also heating not on in room till 6-7 and as check in 3pm not good for hotel

We arrived early Saturday Two Baldy fellers welcomed by Jack who sorted our parking straight away. He made us feel very welcome and did a great job of keeping us in the bar all afternoon. Our stay was great clean comfortable rooms. Then breakfast in the morning was very good we were served by Sami and Sammy they couldn’t do enough very nice your lucky to have staff like you have. All in all a great stay made even better by the staff and very good value for money Thank You

Came for a Sunday roast with my two little ones , got taken to my table and had amazing service and good conversation from a waitress called Brooke , it was a bit crowded but none the less overall enjoyable time and good quality food for the price

.. from Will which is always nice. The 2016 refurb mentioned in their website is obviously welcome though - and I am sure that the company itself will agree - needs to be done both to the general fabric of the rooms and the upstairs entrance ways. The room was clean & warm; the shower strong; towels of good quality; the bed comfy though the overall feel of the room furniture does need an upgrade / refresh. Still, its central positioning is a welcome bonus.

Great Drink selection, Polite staff, Clean & tidy venue, However very disappointed with the amount of money charged for Food (ie Hunters chicken & Burgers) and real cheese was not used. We used to enjoy the food here, Unfortunately We won't eat here again anytime soon .
