Lovely stay on 1st floor, lovely modern rooms, comfy bed, great TV and such a lovely bathroom, great shower and most amazing stay we have ever had here air-conditioning works a treat too :)

Room and toilet was clean however the exhaust in toiler didnt work. Parking is very small.

We booked for my family of three. The cleanliness and comfortability is above expectation and Highly recommend. And If I visit back most possibly book the hotel. However even we booked for three guests there were only two cups for use. They might provide me one more if I asked. But it would be better if that arranged before check in. And the cofee, milk,etc were not filled up after previous use i think. Even after we requests the reception asked us to collect from reception. As We checked in late so I decided not to go back. And another thing they given me only one key card for the room and if I go down I have to take card with me due to lift working only after card scanned and for that time my family have to stay without electricity. So it is even better if they can arrange two cards per room. Bathroom cubical had no door means always when bath the water will flows to other area and that area does not have draining point. So I had to use two towels to the bathroom.
However I had nice stay. Thank you.for the team Holiday Express and Trip.com

Location is good, close to railway station. But hotel doesn’t provide bottled water, and the structure of the room is weird.

The rooms were not provided as promised. It was mentioned king size bed with sofa bed. Even after requesting they did not seem to provide the room with king bed

Absolutely awful experience.
The room was spacious and clean. That's it for the niceties. The shower leaked, the waste drain was blocked so it flooded the bathroom. The aircon didn't work well so it was hotter than the sun meaning I woke with a headache.
The tea and coffee was missing sugar.
Breakfast now. What a disaster!!! There wasn't any food for over 30 minutes and that was at 9am. The drinks machines worked but there were no cups or glasses. No plates or cutlery but there wasn't any food so no actual drama. When the food came out, it was a mad free for all with "other nationalities" taking enough food each to feed a small country whilst everyone else just waited again. I eventually ate at 10.30 but that was 2 rashers of bacon, a tiny sausage and some flavourless beans.
I wish I'd booked somewhere else
