The hotel was well located as we visited friends in nearby Wootton Basset - reception was courteous and efficient in our check in… we asked for a room way from the lifts and this request was delivered.
The room was spacious and the bed very comfortable. Air conditioning worked perfectly given it’s been a very hot few days!
Breakfast the following morning had plenty choices and tables were clean and cleared up quickly. Staff in restaurant were very efficient and courteous. Express check- in was good too. Overall a great stay and serves us well.

Good overall stay , very clean hotel and friendly staff. Definitely worth the money. My only negative is the mattresses are spring so can feel quite hard and at night the doors can be loud if not shut gently!

We checked-in late, did not have much time enjoy the hotel. Easy and convenient from Swindon center, 12 mins drive.
We booked the double room, it's clean and tidy, should have a couch but there wasn't any, looks weird. Called reception for bottle of water, was told that they don't serve it, need to boil water.
Other than shower gel, shampoo, conditioner and body lotion but with no other amenities provided.

We arrived and found that our room was not prepared for a family of four. When I inquired about the issue, the staff claimed we had only booked for two people, which was incorrect. I showed them my booking confirmation, and they began preparing the room by bringing in a single bed. I asked how two children could sleep in a single bed, and the staff member, clearly confused, returned with another single bed. Unfortunately, the pillows were very dirty, and there were a few spiders in the room, making it difficult to sleep. Overall, it was a night to remember for all the wrong reasons. The only positive thing about the hotel was the warm chocolate cookies 😊

I had an amazing stay at the Hilton! Upon arrival, the reception staff was very friendly and welcoming. We were even greeted with a delicious chocolate cookie, which was a lovely touch. Our room was spacious, incredibly comfortable, and exceptionally clean. We couldn’t be happier with our stay, and we will definitely be returning. Highly recommend!

Great stay. I requested an early check in because I was doing a night shift and needed to rest before starting work again in the evening. Staff were helpful. Good buffet breakfast spread. Highly recommend this hotel!
