Lady behind reception incredibly rude. Diffuser in hallway way to high causing me to choke as I walked pass. Breakfast was poor. Carpark insecure, homeless people in there drinking at 9 am and one decided to take a number 2 right beside my car. Would no recommend avoid avoid avoid

This was a memorable experience at the hotel. Would definitely recommend it for its prime spot accessible to main attractions and shopping. But above all the service at the hotel was extremely outstanding. The staff are very friendly the breakfast menu and price were reasonable.

Excellent on checking in , excellent on checking out , excellent food and excellent waitress …. Would like to name the following staff who definitely stood out to our family of 6 , we have booked to come back in November … a special thanks to ; fabb, maxy & Alison xx

Check in was easy. But the check in staff never gave us any of the basic information. I.e breakfast times and bar times. The room was OK. The mattress and pillows were more firmer than expected and not soft like I hoped. Couldn't get TV to work. Eventually solved the issue and then discovered the remote didn't work. So had to go back to reception for them to change the batteries. After our night out we wanted a couple of drinks from the bar, only to be told it was closed. This should of been explained at check in. Breakfast. I should have saved my money and gone elsewhere. The service was slow. And the staff seemed confused about table numbers. Simple solution, put numbers on tables.

Anna 5/5 just now on Google Firstly let me mention some staff . I would like to thank Alison and Emma for making our morning so lovely. A massive thankyou to the chef that was on this morning called Adena. So my mum birthday breakfast , we came in as a family my mother who's 88 and has dementia and my uncle and aunt and myself. We went to go up to get our breakfasts and Adena welcomed us and said she would change the eggs as they had been there for a little while and made us fresh eggs. As we sat and ate Alison and Emma came to see was was happy and enjoying our breakfast. After we had finished all of the breakfast Alison was so gentle and patient with my mother with dementia. The breakfast was hot and tasty and eggs fresh. I will definitely be bringing my family for breakfast again . Thankyou to the staff especially the 3 I mentioned.

The hotel is excellent. The Premier rooms amazing but the restaurant was an enormous disappointment. When we entered the restaurant at 8pm we were told that we had to place our order immediately as they were closing at 9pm. As if that wasn’t enough I ordered a rare steak for my wife. Blood red. It arrived about 25 minutes later medium to well done. It was replaced and was better but still disappointing and rather than replace the meal the staff member came with the steak on its own to accompany the rest of the meal which was now cold! My order was chicken curry. The chicken was chewy the rest of the curry was insipid and I don’t think I’ve ever seen micro nan but that’s what I had. I’m sure this doesn’t reflect the restaurant at other locations but this one was a nightmare.
