The open floor plan boasts the LARGEST square footage of any 1 bedroom 1 bathroom unit in the community. Our condo also happens to be the ONLY east facing 1 bedroom unit, which means you can use your private balcony all day in the relaxing shade. Or you could potentially take a relaxing swim in one of the 3 gorgeous pools located within the community or maybe even a game of tennis. Maybe you would rather take a short 2 minute walk to enjoy Bolongo Bay Beach, where you can swim, snorkel or just sit back and enjoy the beautiful view. Step into your fully renovated kitchen featuring all the amenities needed to ensure the best possible experience without compromise. Some of these amenities include a beautiful hand made hard surface countertop with custom tile back splash, fully equipped kitchen including all essential kitchen supplies for cooking and baking.
