This is a first floor 1- bedroom condo for 1-2 people. There are 16 steps up to unit. There is a security fee of $150.00 for door key and security gate keycard; it is refundable after confirmation from cleaners that keys were left in condo after stay. The grounds are nicely manicured and security gate for entry and exit. There is a fire pit area with a wall fountain, tennis court, pickleball and basketball area Unfortunately no pets allowed and only people listed on VRBO reservation are allowed on complex per association rules. There is no smoking in condo or by pool and hot tub. Pool and hot tub always clean and has direct access to Lake Erie.
