If you try to bring unwarranted guests in, you may be forced to leave without refund. If you forget something and need it to be mailed there is a $40 charge + cost of shipping. Noise/neighbor complaint warning- Should you somehow get a noise/neighbor complaint... The second noise complaint received after quiet hour is a $500 fine. Any additional noise complaints results in immediate termination of the remainder of your stay with no refund, plus the whole security deposit with no refund. So, stay inside if you’re going to make noise and keep the windows closed and doors closed:) Any cars parked in the grass will be $50 fine per car. RESERVATION CHANGES ARE SUBJECT TO APPROVAL.. NO FIRES GUESTS MUST CLEAN UP ALL GARBAGE OUTSIDE FROM THE YARD EVERY NIGHT. $50 EXCESSIVE CLEANUP FEE IF GARBAGE IS LEFT OUTSIDE. Thermostats are set to a threshold of 68-72 degrees.
