We also have two hard wired carbon monoxide detectors installed. We are the owners and do not sub out to property management. They are professional quality, with a direct connection to the gas line. Temperatures hold steady with this pro grill ...unlike typical outdoor BBQs. We also upgraded the water filtration system by Aquasana (read below).The pool was installed 10 years ago, saltwater, heated and twice the size of most pools in Maricopa. If you want to bring in your own music we have a Harmon Kardon portable wireless speaker . Everything (remotes, receiver etc etc) are WELL marked so you won't have to figure it out on your own...we tell you exactly what to do to get outdoor music...and everything else. We know what it's like going into a new environment and having to adapt, so we have labeled instructions to anything that might be confusing. If you are preparing meals in the kitchen, you have quality sound at your disposal. The kitchen is well stocked for cooking.The master bedroom features a king size bed with a quality new mattress (Aireloom Plush Hybrid), a private bathroomand a new LG 45 " television.
