We are sure this home will not disappoint.You will have the convenience of being in the city while experiencing the quiet and serene atmosphere this property offers.The cabin provides over 1600 square foot of living space and sits on 1 acre of land. It provides a fun field atmosphere which provides our guests in home entertainment such as large deck, private swimming pool, free arcade machine with 300 games, Alexa throughout the home, fire pit and BBQ grill. Lots of fenced yard space for kids to run around and have a great time. The home is spacious and is fully equipped to accommodate your long or short term stay. Wifi and TV's in each room is available. Kitchen provides you with all the basic cooking utensils and dining wear. Bathrooms and bedrooms includes towels, body wash, bed sheets, blankets and pillows.The home is centrally located to many great restaurants, all 3 major highways I-75/I-4 and I-275, University Mall, Tampa Outlet Mall, Wiregrass Mall and Movie Theater. Our home is spacious, clean and is always ready to welcome guest from all backgrounds.You would be 4 miles away from Busch Gardens and Adventure Islands, 15 minutes from Raymond James Stadium and Amalie Arena. 2 miles from USF and Moffitt Cancer Center and 20 minutes from our famous Ybor city. Beaches such as Davis Island, Honeymoon Island and Ben T Davis are all in the Tampa Bay area. Disney World is only a hop and skip away from our home. 45-50 minutes drive to Walt Disney parks.Our home is in the suburbs surround by trees and wild life. A quiet local Tampa neighborhood with elderly neighbors. We ask that they are respected and the noise be kept to a minimum. Florida weather is very tropical and with that comes the different critters such as, lizards, frogs, love bugs etc. Being there are many trees around we do expect to see different wild life. Bring the whole family. The 1350 square foot suite on the back of my home is completely private. Enjoy the suburban lifestyle while close enough to all the attractions. Our vacation rental is in a quiet and peaceful neighborhood away from the city. It offers a unique and relaxing experience for those looking to escape the crowds and enjoy some peace and quiet. Convenient access to the suite with a self check-in process using a lockbox. The suite has two private entrances. There is free parking on the street. The space has 4 Roku TV's, WIFI, toaster, keurig, refrigerator, hairdryer, iron & ironing board, and baby Graco pack n playpen. There is a baby crib that can be used upon request. A limited amount of coffee, tea, and/or hot chocolate is provided for the Keurig during your stay. Shampoo, conditioner, body soap, hand soap , toilet tissue, linens, etc is provided. Guests can cook their own meals with a 2 burner hotplate, skillet, and a microwave. All dishes, utensils, pots and pans are provided. Sorry it does not have a stove or oven. There are two private entrances (lock equipped sliding glass door as a main entrance and a bathroom door). There is a private pool, outdoor table with an umbrella, chairs and charcoal grill. The backyard is spacious. Great for relaxation and comfort. There are beach chairs, beach umbrella, towels, cooler, and sand buckets available for guests to borrow for a day at the beach. There are a lot of restaurants, stores, & parks nearby.
