The bunk beds have a 250 lb max. (There is 1 twin rollaway available for use, if needed.) The Primary Suite sits on its own side of the home away from the other bedrooms. It offers a king size bed with memory foam mattress, nightstands with lamps, ceiling fan, white noise machine, digital alarm clock with phone charger, full length mirror, storage bench, 65" Smart TV, desk, chair, keyboard, phone charger and a separate entrance to lanai/pool area.
