Please note that no Transient Occupancy Taxes (VRBO generally charges 10%) are due from renters for stays over 30 days. A mandatory mid-stay cleaning is required after every 30 days during your stay. The price of each cleaning is $300 and we will calculate how many cleanings will be required depending on your number of nights booked.
