We just installed a brand new kitchen and replaced all the floors in 2021. We purchased this three bedroom house with a screened in porch, two full bathrooms and outdoor shower for after the beach. The house is located inside the gated beach community of Oceanside Village. Wifi is available. All the bedrooms and the living room have TV's with cable. All our houses come with a golf cart and includes cleaning and all linens and beach chairs. The indoor pool and dog park is 100 yards away. The outdoor pools are 300 yards away and the beach is a 1 minute golf cart ride away to the private beach parking. We do have an extra golf cart available for an additional fee.
