You will be asked to leave/cancel if your group is larger than 4.The condo is set up as a studio (no separate bedroom), consists of 435 square feet and includes a full kitchen, full bathroom with tub, queen-sized Murphy bed (wall bed), and two twin pull out beds. The two twin pull out beds are in the beige sofa chairs. Twin bed pull out's are ideal for humans 5ft 7in and smaller. Living Room:Samsung TV w/WiFi with access to apps for your viewing pleasure. Dining table with two chairs and two large couch chairs with one admen. TV trays (2) for meals with a view. Kitchen: Full kitchen, refrigerator with bottom freezer, electric stove/oven, dishwasher, kerieg, drip coffee maker, pour over, blender, toaster, and everything else you could imagine. Bathroom:Full shower and bathtub and toilet in the same room. Sink and mirror located in a separate space making it convenient to get ready at the same time. The guest room & bath are on the second level and the second Master Suite is on the third level along with a large loft with reading and TV viewing area. Pets Limit one (1) dog per unit and no more than 30 pounds. Dogs are not allowed at any time, for any reason, on the lakeside of the property, tennis courts, volleyball courts and Club House. They must be on a leash when entering or leaving the parking lot and must go directly to their unit or vehicle. Dogs must use designated “relief area” located between tennis court and road. Poop bags are provided. You must pick up after your dog. No excessive barking or annoyance.
